Can you believe how quickly the year has gone by? Here we are again entering the holiday season. We hope that while you are carving your holiday meals, you are able to carve out some time for yourself to celebrate what you have to be thankful for. The girls at A Scrappin’ Affair are thankful for your patronage and friendship every day!!!
The store is loaded with terrific tidbits everywhere. We have the really cute blue Frosted line from Reminisce that is sure to highlight your holiday and winter pages. We also have the Fabulous Christmas Magic line from Little Yellow Bicycle. These folks really know how to present a line!!! It is filled with beautiful reds and greens and delicate gorgeous designs. We also have a few Halloween papers still available for you to wrap up your Trick or Treat memories.
It’s time to get into the gift giving mode!! To help you, we have a generous selection of chipboard books, bare boxes ready for decorating, and square clocks ready for altering. These scrapbook and paper craft projects make terrific gifts.
We are here to help you with classes too. We are having the fist half of a two part card class in November. “Bag ‘o Cards” Part 1 will be in November and will include 1 card for each month for the first ½ of 2009 as well as a great gift/storage bag that we’ll make. Part 2 will be in December and will include 1 card for each month of the second ½ of. Take Part 1, Part 2 or both.
In anticipation of Christmas, come in and make a very creative Cookie Sheet Advent Calendar…our Cookies of Expectation Class (Project of the Month). We will be making several altered shapes that we will attach to magnets for mounting on the cookie sheet. This is one of Nichole’s famous classes that tend to fill up early so sign up right away.
There are many more things waiting for you at A Scrappin’ Affair. Stop by and visit us today!!
In order to better accommodate our beginners, we have extended our two rookies classes to 2 hours each. The classes will now cost $10 and are eligible for the “½ price schedule from a class” offer.
We hope our new schedule has served you well. If there is a class that you’d love to take and then find that it doesn’t fit your schedule, let us know. We’ll do our level best to accommodate you.
After a web hosting snaffu that our friends brought to our attention, we have a new web address. While the old one may still work at times, it is best to find us at www.AScrappinAffair.net
